Return Policy
1	You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by GoodARCH Health Tech Corporation within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
2	Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
3	If you buy online and pay by credit card your refund will go to credit card after your return is processed 3-5 business days.
4	Promotion item no refund.
5	If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call our Office ( 626-961-6059 ) to request a replacement.

Deposit Cancellation Policy
	The company accepts full refunds within 3 days when you place your order. (The day you place the order is the first day) You could either choose to pay in full OR put down a deposit for the minimum of $200.00
	If you were to cancel the order after 3 days, there will be a $98.00 (10%) processing fee. ARCH correction set is customized for every individual, it includes taking the foot print, trying shoes sizes, send the foot print back to Taiwan to process and ship the arch to US. There are a lot of processing fees associated with the professionals and man powers, hence the $98.00 processing fee.
